BCA redesigned Scepter backcountry poles are made for alpine touring and snow safety. The Scraper Grip provides easy snow/ice scraping from ski/board topsheet and climbing skins on-the-fly. Releasable ski straps also separate you from your poles if you snag a tree, or worse, get caught in an avalanche. Utility hooks on the grip and pole basket enable flipping your heel risers and boot levers without bending over. The extended EVA foam grip allows you to choke up on steep traverses without losing your grip or adjusting pole length.
