Warranty - Service | Replacement policy: - Units must be received at BCA by Warranty Coverage deadline to receive replacement units
- If unit is out of warranty in chart above but proof of purchase documents unit is within warranty period, include a copy of the receipt
- Units must be returned via a commonly used carrier with tracking capabilities
- BCA reserves the right to make the final judgment on warranty status
|  Tracker DTS Warranty Chart | To ensure timely return of your product please be sure to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from Backcountry Access before you send in your product. To receive an RA#, please fill out the form below and submit your information. You should then package your product, write the RA# on the outside of the package and ship the package to one of the following addresses. | US warranties: Backcountry Access 2820 Wilderness Place Unit H Boulder, Colorado 80301 | Canadian warranties: BCA Canada Box 201 6181 Highway #6 Winlaw, BC V0G 2J0 | We recommend sending all warranty items via UPS, FedEx or any carrier with package tracking capabilities (not the US Postal Service). If you contact Backcountry Access regarding your warranty, please reference your RA# (be sure to write down the RA# for your records). BCA no longer warranties Rottefella or Naxo products.
